Ticket terms
Tickets on this site are sold by the magazine on behalf of each event's organiser. The organiser is responsible for the event itself; the magazine is responsible for the booking.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when payment succeeds and a reference is shown and emailed. Free events still need a reservation so organisers can plan numbers.
Refunds
If an event is cancelled, tickets are refunded in full to the original card. Other refunds follow each organiser's policy, shown on the event listing: [to be confirmed per event].
Payments
Card payments are processed by a South African payment provider. Prices are in rand and include VAT where applicable.
